  • With a day pass, you can rent one bike for 24 hours without extra costs
  • Valid in all our PubliBike and PubliBike Velospot networks

  • The bike lock must always be closed when making a intermediary stop
  • Bikes cannot be transported by train between networks
  • Available only for B-Quick subscribers and new customers
  • The purchased day pass is non-refundable
  • The offer is valid for 23 hours and 55 minutes from the activation of the promo code
  • After 24 hours, the bike must be returned to a PubliBike Velospot station, otherwise additional costs may apply

How can I redeem my day pass?

Step 1

Scratch off the promo code

Scratch off the promo code on the back of the day pass. This promo code can be used once and must be entered in the app.

Download the app

Depending on the region or city, a different app is currently in use. Download the right app for the region in which you want to travel.
If you want to use both networks, download both apps. Find out which app you need.

Enter promo code

In the PubliBike Velospot app:
Once you've downloaded the PubliBike Velospot app, open it and go to the "Account" tab. Select "Buy a subscription" then click on "Day pass" and "Choose." Enter your promo code and confirm it.

In the PubliBike app:
Once you've downloaded the PubliBike app, open it and go to the "Account" tab. Select "Subscription" and click on "Edit" or "Upgrade." Enter your promo code in the subscription overview and confirm it.
