Download the PubliBike App.
Enter Promo Code During Registration
In the first window of the registration process, enter your promo code. Your subscription will then appear as an option.
Confirm Your Email Address
Enter your name, company email address, and password. Then, add a payment method and confirm your account via email. After verification, check your subscription status in the app under "Account" > "Subscription."
One year later, you will receive an email with a new promo code to renew your subscription
Request a New Verification Link
Go to "Account" > "Subscription" > "Edit", enter your new promo code, and request a verification email.
Confirm Your Email Address
Open the email and verify your company email address to ensure you are still eligible for the subscription.
Enter the Promo Code Again to Activate the Subscription
Important: After verifying your email, return to "Account" > "Subscription" > "Edit" and enter the promo code a second time. This step is required to reactivate your subscription.
You can check your subscription status in the app under "Account" > "Subscription."
