Instructions to Enter a Promo Code | PubliBike
Sign up on this website or in the app to rent bikes and e-bikes. You can either use the app or link your Swisspass on publibike.ch to unlock the bikes and e-bikes. Bikes and e-bikes can be rented and returned at any station.
You already have a PubliBike account
- Go to the "Account" tab, select "Subscription" and click "Edit" or "Upgrade."
- Enter your promo code and confirm it.
- Tap "Save" to activate your new subscription.
You don’t have a PubliBike account yet
- Enter your promo code during registration so that your subscription appears.
- Then, complete your account details and confirm them via email.
- Finally, add a valid payment method.
If a prepayment of CHF 5.- is required, this amount will be credited to your balance.
