Simply scan the QR code, open the app and ride off. Mobility has never been this easy.

E-Bike and Bike

You can unlock the new e-bikes and bikes with the new app using a QR code.

E-Scooter

In Ticino, e-scooters can only be unlocked with the new app and either a B-Fit Local – Ticino or a BusinessBike subscription for Ticino.

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Maximum one e-scooter at a time
  • No e-scooter use with B-Quick

Valid in Ticino. Outside Ticino, the B-Quick rate applies.

  • You can rent only one vehicle at a time. From the second vehicle, the B-Quick rate applies.
  • Maximum rental time: 24 hours – CHF 24.– for a bike, CHF 48.– for an e-bike or e-scooter.
  • A CHF 20.– surcharge applies for trips ending outside an active station (marked violet/pink in the app).
  • The subscription does not renew automatically.
  • Minimum age for e-scooter use is 18.
  • The terms and conditions apply.

How does renting work?

Rent

In the app you can see all available bikes, e-bikes, and all active stations.

  • In the app, tap on Rent.
  • Use the app to scan the QR code on the handlebar to unlock the bike lock.

Take a break

  • Scan the QR code on the handlebar so that the bike lock closes.

End your ride

Ride to any active PubliBike Velospot station visible on the map to return your bike or e-bike.

  • Scan the QR code on the handlebar so that the bike lock closes.

Don’t feel like using an app?

Bikes and e-bikes can also be unlocked without app registration using your SwissPass – simply via Tap&Go at the B-Quick rate.
